PIZZA/BREADSTICK DOUGH
Ingredients:
- 2.25 cups of all-purpose flour
- .75 t. instant dry yeast
- 1 t. salt
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 cup warm water, not hot
Directions:
- Measure out all ingredients prior to starting
- Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a medium-sized bowl
- Add the warm water and olive oil, mix with a spoon into a dough
- Remove from bowl and knead on a floured surface until elastic
- Form into a ball and place into an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap
- Let rise in a warm area for at least thirty minutes. once risen punch down
- Let the dough rise one more time.
- Remove from bowl and spread onto an oiled sheet tray for pizza or breadsticks
For breadsticks top with garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flake. Serve with marinara.
