Infant/toddler team lead teacher Dilshad Tolliver contributed to the new edition of Developmentally Appropriate Practice in Early Childhood Education Programs, published by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This book is known as an essential resource for the field of early childhood education. Dilshad’s work is included in Appendix A, “Teaching with Developmentally Appropriate Practice: Snapshots and Reflections” and is titled “We Put Paper on the Floor: Supporting the Emergent Literacy Skills of Infants and Toddlers.”
