Civon has worked for The Ohio State University since 2023. As the Grants and Contract Management Analyst at the Schoenbaum Family Center, Civon provides pre/post award support. Civon is also instrumental in developing grant proposals and budgets for upcoming projects. Civon works closely with Principle Investigators (PI), the Office of Sponsored Programs and third parties to set up grant activities. Prior to working at The Ohio State University, Civon was a Senior Loan Officer with Lower.com. In 2019 Civon graduated from The University of Miami with a Masters in Education, majoring in Sport Administration.
