RICE PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 5 cups of whole milk
- 1 cup short-grain rice or white rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 t. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Let cook for 2 hours or until tender, make sure and stir frequently.
- Taste and adjust seasoning and consistency if necessary. Adjust with milk or more flavorings.
- Remove from heat, portion into small cups, sprinkle top with cinnamon and chili in the refrigerator until cold.
