Don has over 30 years of leadership in private sector business and early childhood education. As the director of Ohio State Child Care and principal investigator for the Early Head Start grant, he provides leadership and oversight while maintaining the fiscal integrity of the Early Head Start program. Don also directs the Ohio State University Child Care Program, which provides high-quality, developmentally appropriate early education for the children of university students, faculty and staff.
