Shawnna works on the Ready for Success Team as an Instructional Coach. She provides coaching and support to early childhood educators in the areas of language and literacy as well as math. Shawnna has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education since 1994 and has a degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership. She is passionate about the need and value of early education for young children, as well as being an advocate for families and educators. Her years of experience have illuminated the growing need for equitable early education experiences for all children and she is dedicated to being a part of helping to meet that need. Shawnna enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling whenever the opportunity presents itself.
