Library Update
Welcome to new and returning families! We are excited to begin a new school year full of fun and engaging family programming. Miss Sarah has sent a survey to all ASR families about enrolled children’s interests. In lieu of the school’s monthly book club, each student will be receiving larger book bundles curated to their interests at several points throughout the year. Please take the time to fill out this survey by September 29th so Miss Sarah can purchase titles that are suited to your child’s favorite subjects and characters.
School Picture Day
School pictures will be taken in the morning by school staff. Drop your child off picture ready and we will take care of the rest! Photos will be made available at no cost through a email link a few weeks after picture day.
RESOURCES
School Resource Fair
Wednesday, September 20 in Town Square from3:30-5:15 p.m.
School resource services will be available to meet with families and discuss options and opportunities available through ASR school partnerships. This is a great opportunity to meet the school’s social work intern, Ari Dillard, and learn about other partnerships including Speech Language Pathology, School Psychology, Couples and Family Therapy and Columbus Metropolitan Library. At the School Resource Fair you will also be able to sign up for a Columbus Metropolitan Library card. Beginning in early October, you will be able to pick up and return your CML holds in the lobby of the school. The Resource Fair will have tables and take-away items to share. Stop by to meet staff and learn more about resources before picking up your child.
