During a visit with units in the College of Education and Human Ecology, Ohio State’s president, Walter “Ted” Carter, along with Dean Don Pope-Davis, came to tour the Schoenbaum and Crane Centers.
Executive Director Dr. Laura Justice shared how we partner research, practice, and policy together under one roof, to build equitable opportunities for all young children to learn and thrive. Joining Dr. Justice in hosting President Carter were other leaders representing core areas of the centers’ work, including Anneliese Johnson, principal of the A. Sophie Rogers School for Early Learning, Sherrie Sutton from the Early Head Start Partnership Program, and Jamie O’Leary from policy and external affairs. The tour was part of the president’s month-long plan to visit all of Ohio State’s colleges.
